Registration process

Important: Deadline for early registration is September 23, 2007, but if you would like to have discount in hotels you need to reserve them earlier (see section Accomodation options).

To register:

1. First of all you need to download the registration form (MS Office or OpenOffice sheet), fill it in and send it back to

(Registration form is common for all collocated events (WfMC Forum Poland 2007, CEE-SET 2007, polish KKIO conference and PhD Symposium for CEE - pick apropriate events on the registration form).

2. Pay the fee (bank transfer or credit card payment). You will find the link to our payment system in the registration form.

3. We will send a confirmation by e-mail.

Attendance is guarantied by sending properly filled in registration form and transfering registration fee.

Free pass for students! 
However, registration is mandatory. Do it quick - number of attendees is limited!

Do the following steps to register

1. Download the registration form,
2. Fill it in,
3. Send it back to and wait for a confirmation.

Registration guarantees conference attendance, coffee breaks and conference materials.
A lunch can be provided at special rate of 30PLN per day. 

Cancelling terms & conditions

 

In case of canceling after September 31st the payments will not be returned back.
Canceling by September 31st will result in reimbursement of 100% of the fee.
